What ownership actually means here.
Ownership is not a marketing position. It is four specific commitments, each of which can be checked.
- 01
The entity is yours
NEXTREALM supplies infrastructure — hosting, identity, community systems, economy, deployment, intelligence. It does not take a position in the thing you build on top of it. The Realm, its members, its revenue and its record belong to the Operator.
- 02
The manifest exists from day one
Every Realm carries a complete export from the moment it is created. Not generated on request, not held behind a support ticket, not degraded on the way out. If the export is not current, that is a defect.
- 03
The runtime is portable
A Realm can be migrated onto independent infrastructure and keep operating. Substrate maintains the specification in public so nobody has to take our word for it. A Realm that cannot leave is not owned.

Reputation travels with the person
Identity is not a profile inside our database that dies when you stop paying. It is a record of demonstrated capability, issued by other people, that you carry.
A system is defined by what it refuses.
We do not sell certificates of completion.
A build that exists at an address is the only credential worth issuing.
We do not gate the tour behind a signup.
You should be able to judge whether this is for you before we ask you for anything.
We do not weld the intelligence layer to one vendor.
GENUBRA routes by capability. A reasoning layer owned by a supplier is not infrastructure.
We do not invent information PRISM does not have.
Unresolved input is surfaced as work. A confident guess is a liability with good posture.
Build here. Own what you build.
