    The first thing you make is real, and it is yours.

    A Realm, a company, a product — something that exists at an address.

    • Architect the environment you will operate
    • Deploy it on portable infrastructure
    • Open it to its first real members

    Prove

    Week 9

    Demonstrated under constraint, evaluated by operators who have done it.

    • Clear the initiation trials
    • Submit to external evaluation
    • Accept the record — including what it says you did not do
